Frequently asked questions.
- What counts as a billable delivery on the Insured plans?
- Each Certificate of Insurance you send to a holder counts as one delivery. Sending the same cert to two different holders is two deliveries. Re-sending the same cert to the same holder within 7 days does not double-count. Insured-initiated renewal pushes don't count as a new delivery — the renewed cert reuses the delivery you already paid for when your broker prepared it.
- Can I switch tiers later?
- Yes. Holders can move between Standard and Premium at any time. Insureds can switch from per-delivery to the $149/yr unlimited plan whenever cost crosses over (six deliveries a year is the break-even).
- When does billing start?
- Paid plans go live during early access. Sign up now and your account stays on the free tier until billing flips on — you'll get email notice well before any charge.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. Sign up, add a vendor, send a request — no implementation services, no onboarding fees, no contracts.
