Every year, holders chase the same vendors for the same certificates. Brokers retype the same data into the same forms. Insureds dig through email threads to find a PDF they sent six months ago. The Certificate of Insurance process is one of the last truly manual workflows in business operations.
docInsured was built to end that. We reduce the entire process to three steps: a holder lists their vendors, sends one request, and gets back compliance-checked structured data — not another PDF to file away. Brokers issue certificates without leaving the platform. Insureds upload once and reuse.
What would the COI process look like if it were designed today, instead of inherited from 1976? The answer is what we're building.
